On April 4, 2003, I ordered designer fabric from RetroShoeStore.com for $45.00. To receive this order within 5 days there was an additional $15.00 express delivery charge.
My card was deducted immediately. Giving this company the benefit of the doubt, I waited until April 20th to start making inquires about my order. Continuously being told either the computer network was down, Customer Service has numerous calls and working to returning these calls, system has not given a tracking number, etc... these excuses continued.
I was told everytime that your product is being shipped, and to wait for it. Today, I was given a tracking number which cannot be confirmed by the so called company that issued it. I demanded a refund. CS person stated we don't give refunds. Now I am out $60.00 for an item I was expecting 2nd week of April. Today's date is May 13th and told they cannot issue a refund.
Advice to internet consumers: DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM RETROSHOESTORE.COM. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTS AND YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND.
