I am writting about the crappy service I received at Silver stone shop. I recieved a necklace for christmas it was nice but I wasn't happy with it totally. The cost of the necklace was 90ish dollars. I took it back to the shop to exchange it a week after christmas. I was told that because they had a boxing day sale on that I could not exchange it for something at sale price. The sale was 40 percent off of full price, and I wouldn't get this discount. First off The girl who was helping me was names ashes. She is the ruddest 18 years tramp I had ever met.
I explained to her that I thought that was a stupid policy. Because now they have the necklace and I could now buy it back for close to half price. She then explained that they would lose money if they allowed that. HOW IS BEYOND ME WITH THAT KIND OF MARK UP! So whatever I wasn't allowed to purchase anything when they had there boxing day sale on. So I asked her for a store credit. She gave me one, But actually made a mistake and put on it that the store credit was used! But she wrote on the back that that was a mistake... and the credit could not be used in a boxing day sale.
I looked at her and asked her if she was serious!!! She explained that because she was the manager that it would be fine. I couldn't believe that!! I then told her No I would like you to make me a new one your nobody!! How do I know you will still be working here next week! She gave the bimbo response and said YEAH I WILL I AM THE MANAGER (the manager of a stupid little kiosk OH I BET THAT WAS HER CARRER GOAL!) SO after she fixed her mistake which she made seem like it was a big deal...
I then asked for the owners name and phone number to complain. she tossed his business card at me and turned to her little girl friends working there and called me a bitch! So anyhow to make a long story short I came back in another week and got a different necklace on sale... 30 percent off But now it isn't called boxing week! GO FIGURE HOW THAT WORKS!!!
