In early October I mailed an order to JD Marvel with my cheque which was cashed on October 14/02.
I have not yet received either the products ordered or my money back. I have however received TWO catalogues from them each indicating a customer number of 1791227968 so I know for sure they have my order.
It's apparently not possible to contact them by email and I have to wonder if they'd even open a letter.
2-5 weeks is supposed to be allowed for delivery - but 2 to 5 months is excessive. I would NEVER order from them again.
