We ordered a $500 knee brace for our dog to assist in prevention of full tear of her ACL (prevent surgery) - it was supposed to come in 2-3 business days... it came 2.5 months later after countless calls and emails... in the meantime our dog tore the remainder of her ACL and now needs $2500 surgery. The brace is useless to us and they will not return calls to discuss returning the brace. NEVER ORDER A BRACE FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
