In my opinion, be extremely cautious when dealing with Warner & Decaire Liquidation Consultants (head office located in Pembroke, Ontario). I ordered metal gondola shelving and other store items and it has been a nightmare dealing with the owner for incorrect items being delivered, poor quality, delivery issues, getting updates from company, invoicing, credit items, and other complaint issues. I ordered the items back in February 2010 and are still trying to sort things out in July 2010.
In my opinion, if you consider dealing with this company, do not give them ANY money until you can see and touch the product and it is what you wanted. Even then wait until it is transported, received and fully counted before paying. Ensure that the quote and invoice are extremely specific and detailed regarding the description of the product, the price, payment terms, delivery date, penalties if not delivered on time, and insist on a full rebate within 48 hours if they cannot provide your product as promised. Get EVERYTHING in writing!
As for me, if Warner & Decaire were the last supplier on this earth, I would rather use milk crates and 2x4’s as my shelving than to deal with them again! And that is putting it mildly!
