I was on a Ticketmaster website to order 3 tickets for the Johnny Reid concert in Hamilton Ontario. How on earth does a customer end up on Song Ticketing-ticket sales? I know I was on a Ticketmaster site obviously not the actual site. I ended up on Song Ticketing, Next surprise the tickets were to be around $59.50 an administration fee. When I got my Visa statement and paid attention to the information I found first that it was not Ticketmaster it said Song Ticketing and secondly the price for 3 tickets was converted from Canadian to US and then back to Canadian on my visa bill my charge was Canadian $390.09 not $178.50 plus shipping charge..
What a scam. How does this company get away with this?
