On Thursday October 31st 2008, I purchased a lifetime membership to retrieve unlimited Creative Zen Downloads; upon purchase no login link was given until I emailed them to ask for it. Their response was about my internet speed, not the link for my downloads. Asking again and clarifying that they did not answer my query, they again told me about my internet speed. I clarified that I did not recieve my user id, password or the link to download my product, they then sent me links to their software and help files. Clicking on the links took me to the 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' message. I figured perhaps my Internet Explorer, Antivirus scanner or something was blocking the site. Upon investigation, this was not the case. I let the tech support know; they responded that I should download their software through the same unfunctioning link. I decided to find their software elsewhere on the internet, the only versions available were all marked as being riddled with a 'malicious' virus. I was frustrated with the wrong customer support responses and the lack of service paid for and not provided, I instructed them to simply refund the money back to my credit card. Instead of doing so, they wanted me to jump through more hoops to blame my side for the links not working; I have not received a response nor a refund and have contacted my credit card provider to try to get my money back for the service not provided.
