Hi,

Please ensure a refund is done for my pre-order of BF4 China Rising DLC.

I have bought and played BF3 for around a year and a half but now have a problem which no one seems to care to resolve, I have not been able to join a server in over a month now. Some of the many error messages I receive are as follows:

Game Disconnected: Something Went Wrong... What does that mean? To date no technical assistance has helped from EA/DICE.

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'Kilocore_ZA' (for 0 minutes)... RESTRICTION: Disallowed Program/Driver [90026]

Numerous Punkbuster crashes and NO help from them either. I have submitted tickets but, a month later, have still not heard anything back.

The suggestions on the forums, not official I might add, do not resolve my problem and quite frankly I'm tired of waiting for help, getting no response or idiotic tech support who think "RESET YOUR ROUTER" is good help and the best yet... NO RESPONSE FROM ANY USELESS EA/DICE PERSONAL TRYING TO HELP!!

I want my money back before the week ending 4th August 2013.
