They will not replace a defective disc. Disc #2 of The Green Hornet series I bought is blank. All I wanted was the disc to be replaced. After contacting the company several times through email and live chat they said a new set would be sent out.
When that did not happen I tried to contact them again but the live chat and contact numbers have been removed from their site. I have email them several times but have not gotten any replies.
