I live at 1867 Bloor stret East, Mississauga. Yesterday my stove got broken. It was about 7 p.m. when my husband made a phone call to building managers, who live at the same building. You should know that Timbercreek Asset Management doesn't consider not working stove as an emergency matter. They hadn't even tried changing fuses at the same evening because they had no written request at that moment from us (... ) and they closed the office already so we should wait until next morning! Our building manager Jakie La Point was very politely telling all that.

I must say here that next morning the problem was solved in 2 minutes by her husband Derek, who is electrician. I don't mind signing request forms, but I am completely disappointed by the fact that they may know it would be minor repair and didn't help (((. What the reason to put after hour number at the office door?
