I 've been in this building since the day that I came to Canada, I dont really know where to start my COMPLAINTS, The very first year 2009-2010 for more than 6 months from late October 2009 till end of May 2010 myself, my wife and my litlle son tuck shower every single day with cold water, i personally wrotte many times about this problem and managers and superintendets with their rude ex-communist mentality (cuz they are from ex-communist countries) answering to me that you are the only person who complaints for cold water, ironically after a months my neighbour sue this company and they were in trial for the same problem. I understand 100% procent they rude ex-communist mentality that this people bringing to Canada because I myself grow up in ex-communist country in east Europe. Second complaint is that during this two winters I complaint and complaint all the time about windows which are single glass and in winter the wall from inside is full of moisture and ice about 1 and half inch form inside, my son was sick all the time from this moisture during those brutal winters, and we pay ALOT for this service which reminds me the countries of third world, Third The pool is very dirty and overloaded many times during the summer time, the litlle pool was supposed to be "FIXED" 2 years ago as we were told, but still nothing, now after almost 1 year the water problem is fixed but... lolllll WE DO NOT HAVE COLD WATER sometimes, and if u go and demand some answers from superintendents they have lack of communication, (Understanding and talking). Fourth having cockroaches and mouses that's something that you never should mention at the supers or managers because they 'll talk to you with vey high tone and make you think that: You are lunatic: till one day I was showing to them the dead mouse. I don, t know really what to say. I m begging those people: PLEASE DON'T DESTROY THIS BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY AND THE WAY HOW THINGS WORK OVER HERE, APPLY YOUR GOOD PART OF YOUR PREVIOUS CULTURE, ( Very soon I'll leave from this building and never go again PARKWAY FOREST COMMUNITY or the old name METCAP LIVING because paying alot and you never take what you are paying)
