Timbercreek
Prospective tenants

First of all, read the fine print when you sign the rental application - the way it is written, you will likely be paying them even if you decide not to go ahead with the lease... even if the application is not approved, you are on the hook to pay them 'damages' which in my case results in them holding 2 months deposit plus parking rental... That particular building is on the bed bug registry, however, that was not disclosed to me at the time when application was signed... The company does not bother to call me back after 3 messages I left for them. All in all, avoid them at all cost - rental prices are higher than other buildings in the area too

This is only partially true.

To get the money back you have to sit down, read the lease, and then say:

I do not accept the lease.

Then you get your money back!
