Have dealt with the company various times and had problems *always* with the advertising however with the help of a CINDY RIDLEY, who placed the ad as long I *pre-paid*, it went alright. TODAY had same problem. Website ad for me would not work. Left Message on RENTEDMONTON their p-number, and some hrs. later received a call. This *Cindy R*, today from start on came across extreme stressed. In the office of mine a employee needed to have an instant answer so, *I ask her (Cindy R) to just stop a moment, and after about truly less but a minute came back to RentEdmonton.com, her Cindy. There she (CINDY) rude, very rude told me she has no time, it does not work out and so and so on. Still trying to tell Cindy (explaining her I spoke to an employee) I could NOT get a word in. SO, PLEASE be AWARE if you want a RUDE bad relationship with a company who charges you for a placement of 30 days ad..this is for you. I am reporting this company to BBB as well. I also will never use them again..this time for sure. BAD, BAD service. Very Bad. ICKY.
