Gave this SCAM ARTIST SCUM BAG my application and a deposit of 1295.00 for the rental of this property, I found out a few days later that there was a large dog that lived in the downstairs apt, so i told this SCAM ARTIST SCUM BAG that i did'nt want the apt because my daughter has a fear of dogs. He said he understood that when he was a kid he was attacked by a dog and still has a fear of them, he said no worries that he would return my money, days went by and never heard from him and when i finally got in contact with him again he threatened me and told me how bad he could be if he wanted WHAT A SCUM BAG HE KNEW I WAS A SINGLE MOTHER HE THOUGHT I WOULD RUN SCARED.So i took him to court the judge ruled against him and he was ordered to pay me back the money, He still refused to pay me my money got a lawyer after him, was told by my lawyer that this SCUM BAG SCAM ARTIST WILL DRAG THIS ON FOR EVER SO I AGREED TO TAKE 1000.00 just to finally get the smell of shit out of my nose HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR HIMSELF, FAMILY FOR OTHERS OR HIS SO CALLED COMPANY.DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON they rent out properties for other people if you are one of these people DON'T allow him to do this to your good reputation HE'S NOT A BUSINESS MAN HE'S A CON MAN
