An immigration firm with low business values - I am very disgusted with how they dealt with me.
I had a telephonic appointment with the branch manager, Kamaljeet Singh Mundi, of the Mississauga, Ontario location at 4pm on 10th Feb 2012. I arrived there at 3:50pm and waited till 5:00pm, I still wasn't attended by the branch manager.
I asked the receptionist about what's going on, would he come over to talk to me or not. She replied that he's in an important conference call. Just then another person just entered the office, said that he had an important business proposal for the firm and to my surprise the branch manager instantaneously came out to meet this person who had no prior appointment.
I was surprised about what's happening - I came with a prior appointment and wasn't served at all and was ignored and had to wait for 1 hr because Mr Mundi was having an important conference call and suddenly he emerged when he was told about this person's arrival who had no prior appointment.
Feeling disgusted and irritated, I was about to leave the office but I stopped to tell the higher authority of the company, don't remember what his designation was, about this incident that if they want to have a good business in the market, they need to have good business practices and this incident wasn't acceptable to be a good business practice and I was disgusted with how I was dealt with.
He pacified me and answered my queries, the prior objective for my appointment.
Thus, my whole experience was very disgusting with this firm and I personally would not register to be their client.
