The whole story is too long to write out, but I tried for six months to subscribe to this magazine and never got a single issue. I first sent in a subscription card with the summer issue with Kids on the Hall on the cover. I waited two months and emailed them to ask if they got my information. Someone told me they would look into it. I waited another month until I saw the Fall issue on stands, so I emailed again. They said they'd look into it. AGAIN. So I called and was told to send a cheque. I did. Nothing happened. Called one last time and they told me that the SUBSCRIPTION PRICE HAD INCREASED and maybe thats why I didn't get my magazine. As if! I told them to send me my issue based on the price in the summer issue subscription card.
Never got the issue. Finally bought it myself from the store, and the winter one. Luckily they never cashed my cheque and are now going out of business, so I saved myself 20 bucks!
