I ordered a magazine subscription as a gift for Christmas in December 2009. To date, my friend has not recieved the magazine. My repeated emails to their customer service resulted in the same automatic reply. My phone calls to their customer service line never actually reached a real person and my voicemail messages were never returned. I tried to have the charges reversed as fraud through my credit card company but after 3 months of waiting for the subscription to arrive (as they tell you it will take), the credit card company couldn't return my money. If there was somewhere else that I could let everybody know that this company is a scam, I would post this. Do not order anything from this company!!!
