Decrease in Pay Rate - I am a University student and have two part-time jobs. I have been delivering the North York Mirror for several years. The Mirror has decreased the carriers pay by 50 percent over the past few years. It takes about 6 hours a week (4 hours delivering and 2 hours sorting), yet the pay is only about $45.00/week. I used to make $90/week.
