I purchased a Canadian Tire Oil Change Card in Dawson Creek BC. My receipt says that the gift card expires on November 23, 2008 but on the card that was sold to me it says it expires on May 25, 2007. I contacted the automotive department to set up an oil change and they said that they would not honor the card so I was out the $27.99 that I paid. The service manager said he would not refund my money, nor could I get the oil change. MONEY IN THEIR POCKET!! I am furious. Don't ever buy these oil change cards or believe them when they say that the date on the card doesn't mean anything at the time of your purchase. If ever in Dawson Creek Canadian Tire be sure to let them know that you read the complaint on this website. The squeaky wheel gets the grease...
