Pathetic Customer Care and respect
This company treats the customers who buy homes from them like garbage and an inconvenience, lying to them, telling them they're creating drama when they insist on customer care follow up, and insulting them in emails and by phone. The house has been infested with mice since occupancy and they say that's the owner's problem although it's obviously due to deficiencies in the home's envelope that allow the rodents in. They do not follow up and when they do they insult you as if you are annoying for insisting that they step up and fix the deficiencies. Their main man in Customer Service Mark Bouree is insulting rude and disrespectful showing the public that their attitude of treating people like renters not customers and residents is paramount to how badly their entire staff handle and respect customers.
