Dupicate charges, bad service, lousy quality

I ordered a Christmas gift from South Africa for a friend in Toronto and used Blooms n Roses for the first time. The website promises high quality merchandise and great service - sadly my experience was not like this at all. They duplicated my order due to a glitch on their website - I called immediately and spoke to a staff member called Leah who assured me they error would be corrected. I also followed up the same day with an email. They never reversed the charge and sent out the same order on two consecutive days. If it was a true duplication - the 2 orders should have gone out the same day - I processed within minutes when the first order did not complete and only received one confirmation but 2 credit card charges. Over the holidays, such an error could happen but what is completely unacceptable is the fact the first gift they sent was completely damaged and really poor quality, so that when my friend received the second gift the next day, she assumed it was a replacement for the shabby product delivered the day before. I tried calling again and emailing - the company just ignores my complaint and clearly has no business ethics. Bottom line - avoid this unprofessional operatio
