Paulette Harris committed assault.
She pleaded not guilty and was acquitted.
However, she did assault me with no provocation at all.
She wanted to make sure I couldn't serve her legal documents
requesting disclosure of the whereabouts of our missing adult son.
We have been paying fraudulent child support for this 22 year old, able bodied, man for 4 years now.
He was over the age of majority 4 years ago.
Paulette Harris requested child support to maintain an adult in his own apartment, while not working full time and not under parental control.
Justice Greg Warner awarded child support to be paid by both parents.
However, the Dad's payment went to her. And her payments never left her purse.
She gets the income not the missing son.
She is also under no obligation or control to pay hers.
The son, William Harris, has long since left his apartment.
13 judges have refused to terminate child support.
Each and every time we go to court to terminate, we are ordered to pay costs.
Paulette Harris asked the Chief Justice Joseph Kennedy for $10, 000 in surety costs, ( for what, I don't know) and she got it.
Now we can't go to court until we pay surety costs to the Nova Scotia Dept of Justice.
This is fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, extortion, libel, perjury,
William Harris is committing fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud.
The whole family and their relatives are involved in conspiracy to commit fraud.
Emily Mae Harris testified at the criminal hearing in favour of her mother.
She committed perjury.
She is also part of the conspiracy to commit fraud.
No one will tell us where William Joseph Harris is.
