International Sweepstakes

I received a letter from ING Wealth Managment Inc. advising I won $174, 000 and included a check for $4980 as part of my winnings. I found it interesting that the check was not from ING but Nucentcom in Dallas Texas. I became very suspicious; wondering why I would receive a check from a Dallas electrical supply company for international sweepstakes winnings. The letter also requests that I send $3680 to cover non-residential taxes.

I contacted the claim agent as directed in the letter. When I began asking questions the agent became very impatient and hung up.
