I ordered a floral arrangement and box of chocolates for a company order on 02/01/10. When I received no delivery confirmation or call (which is standard with other websites). I decided to give them a call. The guy on the line was short with me and rude. He told me to hold, which I did for a couple minutes, then hung up and called back. He then, told me to hold again for 5 minutes, then told me that the confirmation doesn't arrive until later this afternoon 02/03/10.
I waited, checking my email every so often to see if it had arrived in my box. No luck. Now frustrated, I called back for a 3rd time.
He then said it was delivered between 2-5PM. I asked him if it was normal to not send a confirmation of delivery to a customer that just spend $200. This is when he hung up on me. I called back and told him that he just lost a customer and it was now no surprise to me why his store has such bad reviews.
Obviously, this guy has no idea how to run a business. Do not order anything from this company!
