I ordered a product and paid for it online and then I got an email saying it wasn't in stock and was offered a different item instead. The product I ordered was a 1/2 inch flat iron, the product offered was a 1 inch flat iron (which I already have), so I declined. I ordered the 1/2 inch iron from another website. I looked at my bank statement and found the charge was on my account for something I never got because it wasn't in stock. I tried contacting the company via email and phone, and left messages, the live chat is always offline so I can't even use that. They have an answering machine, not a person to answer the phone, and no one is returning my calls (I left messages). I got an email after filing complaint with BBB saying they switched merchants and to go to bank to get reversal of charges, but they won't give me the merchant's information.
