Well, I just opened another one of those sweepstake envelopes. This one is good. It really gets you going. It says congratulations right off the bat. As you read, you think you really have won something... finally. Well think again. This bogus company, Homelife Stimulus Sweepstakes is just another one of those deceiving, manipulative, companies that tries to get your hard earned money. Don't fall for it!!!
This company says that I won a total of $34, 263.30. I was sent a check for $3, 426.33, which was supposedly of my prize money. Great, I thought this looks like the real thing, until I read the following: "the award money has been forwarded to the Federal Disbursement Agency (F.D.A.) (What? The food and drug administration? I thought.). This is to authenticate your legitimacy in order to avoid double claim and to facilitate the release of your money (here's the catch)... you will provide details of your local bank account so we can wire a transfer! Yeah right, sure, I'll give you all of my bank account info.(like thats going to happen).
You know the old saying: If it looks to good to be true, it is!!! Don't fall for this old trick!
