Unauthorized charge for Internet Access on my phone bill!! Still trying to obtain refund! Etobicoke

This company charged my phone bill directly for MONTHLY INTERNET ACCESS which I have through another provider. I pay for commercial service and have no idea how (or why) this was charged to my phone bill without any authorization from me or my company! Further, this company makes it impossible to track them down and get any answers! Not only is this a rip-off, in my opinion it's fraud!
