My name is Jonathan M i hired RRS in april of 2007 to fully gut and rebuild from the groud up and to do a full addition to the house for a grand total of $160, 802.00. and gave him $148, 802.00. plus all the extra money that we had to pay out of our own pocket cause he kept on crying that he had no money to pay people. if we can pay them on his behalf and the contract stated to be completed on Sept 1 2007.
we are now in September 2008 and the house is not done. their are leins on my house. there is so much work that needs to be done and joe will not pay the outstanding money to finish the project. i have letters from engineers and the city of toronto saying all the work that needs to be done. i have pictures and if any one wants to see the horrible work that he does they can come down and see it.
we are now taking joe to court. he even wrote me a cheque for $400.00 and it bounced. now we need to get the proper people in to fix all of his mistakes and it is now he does not even have the b***s to call or come down to the house to still this like men and own up to his screw ups. he keeps saying that he is preparing paper work. then his computer breaks what a bunch of BS
