Says I will be using some money on this first check to pay for the applicable taxes on "my" $125 000 USD. Further instructs that I am not to attempt to use this check until I contact my claim agent Mr. Kevin Adams at 1-905-781-0847 for further clarifications and instructions on claiming my winning.
