Like many others it seems, I was "notified" by Capital Distribution Group from Toronto that "I was the Sole Recipient of a Prize of 9, 000 and that all I had to do was send them 19.95 for Processing/Delivery in order to Claim my Prize"
I am Disabled and regardless of that, 9, 000 would come in handy anytime of Year!
I read all the "gumpf" they sent me infact everysingle word and thought maybe my Luck had changed in Life
Capital Distribution Group ARE Promising in Law and unless the Canadian Law is different to U.K. Law, something needs to be done about any Company who are making Promises of Prizes and then taking Money under False Pretences
Where did they get my E Mail Address?
I can only assume that if you send back your Claim Form and it does not get to them in their "7 Day Send it Back Period", they may well be making Money if they "reserve the Right to not allow your Claim after that Period"?
(a.k.a. I thought as, "taking Money with False Pretences"?)
If someone was to "test them" by sending them a Cheque by International Guaranteed Mail, then perhaps Legally, it is about time a Court Case was challenged with them?
I'd better do the Lottery this week instead, eh?!
