Is a major scam... i wish i would have known this before

My mom ordered a complete set of the Twilight Zone for her boyfriend on the 12th of last month and her card was charged 109.99 for the item on the 15th of last month, they sent an confirmation email to her, and after trying to find out where her package was towards the beginning of the month, she sent an email to them... this is what she wrote

To whom it may concern,

I recently made a purchase from your website for a gift for my boyfriend for christmas. I received an email stating that it would be sent out and should arrive sometime between the 27th and 30th of November to the shipping address. It never came. Then i received another email the other day saying that by now I should know that my order was shipped to the wrong address. WELL I never knew that. The same email stated that my order was being reshipped and should arrive sometime between the 6th and 8th of December, well, it still hasn't arrived. You have billed my credit card already. I can't track the package via the USPS website because it is telling me that the tracking number don't exist. I am truly not a very happy camper about this. And you have no phone number in which to contact you. I am very angry and very concerned that maybe I have been misled or my money taken. I would like some answers and I would appreciate someone to contact me about this matter as soon as possible.

Thank You

they then sent her a response back and this is what it said:

Hello,

Your replacement order has been shipped out
already. It was due Dec 6-8th, but with the
busy Christmas season, a small delay can be
expected.

Your order should be there within a matter of
a few business days.

the replacement order was because they "shipped it to the wrong address" conveinent... seeing as how, she's not the only one according to these reports here... i went and looked at amazon.com for the item, found it more expensive, but hey, i know she wants it for her boyfriend... however, the one from "thedvdplanet.org" said that it was like 48 disc item... the one on amazon.com was a 28... same picture an everything... makes me start to wonder... now i work for a bank so i told my mom to call her bank first thing on monday morning and report this as a scam... i knew she shouldn't have ordered anything from this website, but i thought maybe it would be okay... but man, i was definately wrong and so was my mom... hopefully more people will read this... and hopefully they decide to go with another retailer... and NOT A FRAUDULENT COMPANY YOU FRAUDSTERSSSSSSSSS IM GOING TO GET YOU!
