I was sent a check in the mail for $2996.50 saying it was for international fees and that i had won a lottery in London England, The lotto amount was $120, 000.00 for 3rd place, the check that for $2996.50 is not in the lottery name that is what did not add up, Bottom line is Premier Random Lotto is a Scam!!
