I am trying to make contact with AW-Netgrantserv and was link to this complaints website. Why I am making attempts to contact the compant, are the following reasons.
There are extra charges coming out of my Debit/Visa card for a one time product deal. This, I approved as I was told the day I issued my debit/visa card number; was a one time charge to access the on-line home based business oportunity to advice products through my hotmail. I was not informed there will be other charges continued to be withdrawen from my account.
I have unsubcribed to all the adversiting companies offered for the home-based busines, and withdrawals continue to be taken out of my account. I am unable to find the source who is charging my bank account.
I have spoke to my Bank and was informed I had to contact the company doing the withdrawals to stop all charges to my account. If I am unable to contact the company than I am to inform my bank and they will investage. At this time my bank cannot help because my account in a debit/visa. If it was a visa account than the bank can stop further charges. I may have not choice but to replace my card in the near future, if I do not receive some assistance to my account being charged from this company.
