Sun Source Financial Management Group (British Gaming Commision) (British Random Lotto)
Sun Source Financial Management Group (British Gaming Commision)(British Random Lotto) Claim Agent- Patricia Jones, Prize C0-Ordinator-Luis Curry ripoff:

I received a "Winning Certificate" from the British Gaming Commision which certified that I had been "selected through a computer ballot system" as a 3rd category winner of the British Lotto. The certificate, which appears to be printed on resume paper, stated that the "just concluded BRITISH LOTTO" was held in London, England and I had emerged as one of the winners of the "British International Lottery programs."

The certificate went on to state that my name was drawn from the "one million five hundred thousand (1, 500, 000) names drawn from Asia, Europe, and North America. It stated that my name was attached to a ticket number, which also had a serial number. Then listed were my "lucky" winning numbers.

The certificate then went on to state pretty much identical information to that which has been posted by the other people who were sent the same scam certificate. The lump sum amount of $85, 500.00 USD, taken from a total cash prize of $1, 453, 500.00 USD... the assistance check of $2, 889.75, the $5, 301.00 (or 6.2%)sponsor's fee... yada, yada, yada.

I didn't contact the claim agent, Patricia Jones, or cash the check which was enclosed. To lend credibility to my story, though, I have listed direct quotes and spellings as they appear on my certificate.

I hope this information will help someone else avoid being taken by this scam. The common theme, which I picked up on when reading the other postings about this scam, is that these certificates and checks seem to keep arriving to people who seem to be at a point in their lives when they have hit a very hard (harder than usual) financial situation and could really use this money just to keep surviving.

I am also in that situation of some recent and very large medical expenses with no insurance coverage and currently being without a job. I am totally in touch with how tough it is to make ends meet on crappy pay, but reading so many stories listed by "Lotto Winners" who seem to be experiencing identical situations is really making me wonder how these con-artists got ahold of my personal information. Good luck to the innocent people being targeted by these A**!
