Nothing more than a scam... and a stupid a

This guy promised me a xbox360 game once I completed my offer and refer 2 friends. I've completed my requirements and submitted for approval. It took more than 3 weeks to be approve and he told me that my game will be ship within the same week. I've waited a month and nothing came. I submit numerous tickets asking him about my order and no response whatsoever.
