I used to live at a T&R Property. I had nothing but problems from the landlord and maintenance at the property I lived at. Most of T&R's properties are section 8. They don't have any money to make proper repairs. When you go to the office to complain, you are lucky if you get to speak to the property manager. The district manager isn't very helpful either!
When you call corporate to make reports, nothing is done. What ever happened to customer service? This company sure doesn't have it. The people who run this company are scandelous. I would defianately look elsewhere. I would never live at another one of there properties.
When you move out, they charge you for carpet cleaning, regardless of the condition of the carpet. According to the Ohio Landlord Tenant Laws, it is illegal to charge for carpet cleaning regardless what your lease agreement says.
This company is aweful. Several of the employees that work for this company have resigned because of the district manager. You feel as if you have to walk on egg shells for T&R Properties. I am speaking on behalf of SEVERAL residents, employees, and past residents.
