My boyfriend and I both worked for one of Ramada's contact companies. Bradik Telecommunications Services, they have recently changed there name to Bradik Artel Telecommunications Services. After reading this we decided to help as many ppl as possible to get there money back and to prevent any further business directed to this company by means of selling fraudulent vacation packages (that are bogus).
First I want to point out that the company when both of us were hired told us that if we were still with the company in 6 months time we got to take the Vacation at no cost to us. And that all taxes and airfares were included as we were dedicated employees.
If you want to get your money back you have to threaten both Ramada and the company that contacted you with severe legal action. Also since the company we both worked for must follow the CRTC regulations or they will lose there license, don't only threaten to contact the CRTC but contact them as it many prevent this from happening to others. Also if you state that it will cause some form of medical problem ie, heart problems, high blood pressure, or if you are pregnant a possible miscarriage due to the stress this is placing on both you and your unborn child they will refund your money.
In the department I worked in I saw many reports about why a customer had canceled, and the ones mentioned above were the most effective. Also I would recommend that if you gave out your Credit Card information you cancel it right away because if the employees know where to look the information is available and unsecure. There are files upon files with credit card numbers readily available to anyone in the company.
For the People who work for BTS or whatever they call themselves now, for every time you get a "deal" the managers made $15.00 no matter if they are single, married, if it a full boat or half deal. And when you get your pay cheques and they take money off for cancelations, most of the time those ppl did not cancel and if they did it does not come off the managers cheque.
When we worked there the day time manager had a cheque for over $1000.00 dollars for that week. I am sorry to say that I worked for a company that is as dishonest as this one and for those of you who are working there now Tony, David and Jeff are all liars. There is better jobs out there for you. Keep looking.
