I went to starwarsshop.com to purchase costumes for my kids. I ordered items on two different occasions and received confirmation of payment approval on the first order. I never received confirmation on the second order, so I started to inquire as to wether I had been charged or not. I heard nothing via email. I also wanted to know when my order would be shipped out since I had already been charged.
I received an email stating that because of the holiday weekend, my order would be sent out the following Tuesday, the 11th of Oct. That is the last communication I've had with this company. I have called the starwarsshop.com number which is 1-888-767-2247 and the Costume Hut number 1-450-676-8989; I get a voice mailbox that is full or "we are experiencing a high call volume at this time, but can be reached 24 hours a day by email at starwarsshop.com". Costume disguises is also part of this same "company" and there may be others that are connected with it. All I can say is BEWARE! I will never do business without checking the legitimacy of a internet company again.
