James Letendre was and is currently ordered to pay $100.00 per week for 1 minor child. James has withheld payments to the sum of over $20, 000! He is single with no other mandatory expenses that would warrent the withholding of such funds. Once and a great while a check will show up that this is the extent of the effort. His child is now 16, barley knows her father and he thinks more about his beer than his obgligation!
