Did not receive package

Package shipped to me and found out today it was sent to me via UPS when i was under the impression I would get it in a few days.

THere was no delivery sticker on or in my mailbox.

Phoned UPS and they said there was a delivery attempt. (strange..as they are supposed to leave a sticker on my mailbox when the delivery failed).

I called UPS and they told me i could pick up package in Lachine Quebec at the UPS hub.

I was told i would receive a call as to when i could pick it up within an hour by 16h05.

At 17h00 called to see why the delay, they said someone would call me when it was ready to be picked up AT THE LATEST 19H00

I spoke to a man named GARVIN.

He said if i didn't receive a call by 19h00 to call UPS.

I called at 19h07 and the employee verified the package was now in another town, Dorval and seeing as the store was closed at this time i would have to go to the UPS store to get it.

I waited until 17h00 and changed my appointments to get my package.

Then i waited until 19h00 and now the package is somewhere else... in Dorval, qc.

I cannot have my package until tomorrow.

Therefore losing a whole day!!!
