Zynga seems to be employing completely incompetent people. They seem to be unable or unwill ing to fix known issues with their games. As an example, a known issue since at least July 2012 : when sharing a reward for a level 3 animal or tree, the game greys out after sending said reward. This has been a known issue for at least a month, yet nothing has been done about it. This is exactly why people should NOT spend money on Zynga games... they do not deserve your financial support!
