I heard their advertisement about 360 solutions and submitted online request for more info. Sure enough, I was assigned a sales person. He kept insisting we meet in person to discuss this further. In our meeting, he showed me all these 1000-2000 searches for my line of business in each city which seemed very attractive.
So I decided to give them a try but after one month, I didn't receive any response for almost $400 fee. I emailed my rep. and told him to cancel my services. He said, it can't be cancelled since its a contract but he will direct me to his sales manager. Sales manager didn't cancel either.
Anyways, I keep getting the monthly bill but haven't paid them a penny so far. This is the last month so I will wait until the contract is over and see how things pan out.
