Cannot access

I haven't any complaint about companies. I received my access code card for aeroplan for the contest. I've entered for a few days in a row and tonight it's telling me sorry wrong access code. I'm registered etc. so make up your mind!!! I know I don't stand a snowballs hope in hell of winning but I like trying.
