All I wanted to do was download a book. I purchased the lifetime full unlimited access for $34.88 CAD and then just went on a wild goose chase on line. Till I found the complaints board and found other people had made complaints against "unrestrictedownloads.com" I have filed a dispute with my CC company.
Beware they even ask for a securecode pretending to be the credit card company; the lady answers the phone, "Hello MBNA"
