I went to this site and ordered online a diet product that was sold needing two products. The first link I clicked on was the actual price that they were charging but the second link was three times the price quoted! I then cancelled right after this happened and they then proceeded to charge shipping which only happens when said product is actually shipped. They told me that I would be credited the amount that I was charged within 16 business days and those days came and went. I called this company numerous times and someone would always tell me the same thing, that I had to wait 16 business days for this to happen! I ordered this item online on September 8, 2010 and cancelled that same day, so why to this day am I being charged back this amount especiallywhen I never received anything! My credit card company was not able to get this company's bank to pay back the credit owed! Now when I try to call this company I am told no matter what time of day it is that the lines are busy and to try back later. I even block my number and I am told the same thing everytime! This company needs to be shut down and charged for scamming people out of there money!
