Placed an order, order arrived and was the wrong item. Attempted to return and they made it a big hassle for something they screwed up in the first place. They wouldn`t answer my questions, would always avoid them. Finally after about 10 days I gave up. Was interesting to receive a phonecall from Visa that someone had attempted to use my Visa for a $2500 purchase online... this was the only website that I've used my credit card on. Told Visa about this incident and they are investigating. Anyone else had something like this happen, let me know!
