Dealfun.com
Waste of money! Scam

This website is ridiculous. First you purchase a bid pack, (I got 115bids for 69$) then you spend countless hours trying to win what you are bidding for. To try it out, I placed a few bids (.60 cents each) onto '15 bid voucher', this I ended up winning for 0.4cents (yay), I thought, okay this must be legit so i'll try to bid on something more. Next I bid on a $10 Subway Giftcard 10 bid voucher, which I did win for $1.80. This was charged right away to my credit card and I recieved an email stating it will be shipped to me soon and I will have my 10 bids added automatically (which they were), along with a 'buySAFE certificate of Guarantee' This was on January 18th/12. Next, I decided to bid on a remote controlled helicopter, which I won for 0.9cents. Again on January 18th/12, my credit card was charged and I received an email saying it will be shipped. On January 26th I recieved an email stating that I would not recieve my helicopter as their supplier did not come through.. I would be refunded the amount I paid (0.9 cents) and then credited the amount the helicopter was worth in bids, which was 139 bids @ 0.60 cents each. I recieved the bids in my account, however I was not reimbursed my 0.9 cents yet and I doubt I ever will be. Later in the afternoon I received another email stating that I would not get my $10 Subway gift card because it is not avaible in my area?! (there are tons of Subways in Canada). This being said they were going to send me a $10 gift certificate for Amazon.com through email which I will never use. I am so disappointed in this website. I highly doubt if it is even possible to win the ipad2, iphone or macbook they have. And if you do win, will you even recieve it? I would most definitely like my $69 back but that probably won't happen as I seen from other complaints that their 24/7 customer service is crap. Not to mention they won't respond to emails. DO NOT waste your time & money on this scam of a website.
