I purchased a Le Creuset dutch oval oven from this firm on Nov. 30, 2012. I immediately received confirmation that my order had been received and was advised that an email would be sent to my email address. Minutes later, a second email was sent stating that the product was on back order and they would not have it for 4-6 days. I immediately called the company (all you ever get is a female voice stating that no one is available to take your call and to email them).
I emailed the address to cancel my order since I needed the oven by the following Friday for a party. I received an email from someone named Joe saying that they could ship me one in blue instead of red. I immediately replied that I wanted red to match another piece of Le Creuset cookware that I already had - have not received a reply. I looked at my Mastercard today and the full amount has already been charged to my card (for an item on back order that I told them to cancel). I am going to contact Mastercard on Monday and get the charge reversed. This on line store has no physical address, a scam phone number with no live people or any way to leave a voice message. I have no trust in this site and would advise any one to stay away. I believe that that "so called" customer reviews on the site are phony.
