My complaint is that they charge me twice, the first time was in July 31-12 the amount of 48.46, then I cancel and they return the money, the second time they charge me 48.40 in Aug 03- since then I have not seen the money back in my account, I realise, that when i check my account at the bank so they still owe me the 48.40, can you please help me with this problem.
