I purchased a bid package from Deal fun.com and initially there was great communication from their support department when I had incorrectly purchased the wrong bid package. They promptly refunded the difference between the package I purchased and the package I meant to purchase. However, once the initial refund had taken place, the website stopped offering anything worth bidding on and I requested a full refund for my bids. This was in February and I have contacted them several time since but have had no response. I would appreciate the refund especially now that they are no longer in existence!
